The Metcal MX5250 is a Simultaneous Dual-Port Desoldering System, Power Supply, Desolder Handpiece/Cord, Air Hose, Workstand, Removal Pad, Tip Cleaner, (15) Chamber Liners, (6) Filters, 80W. This systsem is designed for plated-through-hole component desoldering.
- System includes MX-PS5200 Power Supply, MX-DS1 Desolder Handpiece/MX-RM8E Cord, MX-DAH4 ESD Air Hose, MX-W5DS Workstand, MX-CP1 Cartridge Removal Pad, AC-TC Tip Cleaner, 15 x MX-DCF1 Chamber Liners, 6 x Filters

- ESD safe and features incoming AC ground monitoring circuitry
- AC (mains) ground monitor detects power line ground failure, immediately alerting operator and shuting down system
- Only after power line ground has been restored can system restart and soldering operations resumed
- Built-in power indication meter with digital display and bar graph visually provides operator with feedback on status of soldering operations
- Power indication meter is valuable resource for making consistent, acceptable solder joints
